How to make papaya salad
Ingredients
1 green papaya.
5-6 garlic cloves.
Paprika 5-6 tablets.
2 tomatoes, cut it in half.
2 tablespoons roasted peanuts.
Green beans, cut into pieces.
2 tablespoons fish sauce.
2 tablespoons dried shrimp.
Lemon juice or tamarind juice 1/4 cup.
Jaggery 1 tablespoons.
Method
1. Peel the papaya and Remove the seeds and shred the papaya by a grater.
2. Add garlic and paprika in a mortar and pound it to break.
3. Add tomatoes,Peanuts,green beans, dried shrimp and pound to combine.
4. Add the papaya and all ingredients and pound gently mix together
5. Enjoy. :)
